A local host will welcome you to his family home, where together you'll prepare a typical Sicilian lunch or dinner, starting with an aperitif with local products.

You'll start by harvesting ingredients directly from the garden, such as basil, tomatoes, eggplant and more, all km zero. Afterwards, you'll get your hands in the pasta to prepare fresh tagliatelle topped with homemade pesto, tomato sauce or Norma, depending on the season. To end on a sweet note, you'll make real Sicilian cannoli together or a classic tiramisu.

During the preparation, you'll discover the secrets and recipes handed down from generations who ran ancient bakeries in the heart of Sicily. It will all take place in a familiar, relaxing and history-rich environment.
