This tour requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation and receive a full refund 2 days prior to departure.
This tour is only open to children aged 7 and above who are at least 120cm tall and weigh no more than 60kg.
Adults weighing over 110kg will incur an additional fee; please contact customer service for details.
Children under 15 years of age are not allowed to travel alone; they must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler aged 22 or older throughout the trip.
Luggage is not allowed on this itinerary.
Please arrive at the departure point 10 minutes in advance. No refund will be given if you are unable to arrive on time and thus miss the trip.

  • The hot air balloon burner will drip water mixed with charcoal, so it is advisable not to wear white or light-colored clothing.

  • Hot air balloon flights are dependent on weather conditions. For passenger safety, we will suspend the flight program in some unsuitable weather conditions (such as strong winds, rain, or fog). You can choose to get a refund or reschedule.

  • Departure times vary daily; your exact departure time will be determined the day before your trip.

  • Please note that a minimum of 6 passengers is required for each departure. A full refund is available if the trip is cancelled due to inclement weather or falling below the minimum operating number.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 16 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 8 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
