We will confirm the sea conditions for the following day at 16:30 daily. If the sea conditions are assessed as unsuitable for sailing or docking at Guishan Island the day before or on the day of the activity, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund.
The vessel arrangement will primarily use our company's Xin Fu Feng 168. In case of corporate private charter boat, vessel maintenance, schedule adjustments, exceeding the passenger capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will dispatch vessels with a capacity of 84-94 seats or 46 seats. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Whale watching activities vary depending on daily sea conditions, weather, and whale and dolphin behavior. Therefore, there is no guarantee that whales and dolphins will be sighted. Travelers may not request a refund on this basis. Please be aware of this.
Please understand that the scheduled time for whale watching tours may be slightly adjusted due to factors such as ocean currents, weather, or the location of whales and dolphins, resulting in a time error of approximately 10-30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 4 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 29% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
