During the tour, you'll visit the exhibition pavilion, home to the only nearly intact Roman boat ever unearthed—an incredible archaeological treasure. This space also showcases a small yet remarkable collection of original artifacts, including tools, jewelry, and wooden furniture, all carbonized and preserved by the volcanic eruption.

Specially designed ramps and pathways ensure a smooth and comfortable exploration of the site, allowing you to walk through the original streets of ancient Herculaneum with ease. You’ll have access to well-preserved homes of the middle and upper classes, a thermal bath complex, artisan workshops, and a private college dedicated to the cult of Augustus—offering a well-rounded perspective on daily life in a Roman city.

The tour follows a relaxed and flexible pace. The standard duration is approximately three hours, but it can be adjusted to two hours upon request. There will be opportunities to pause and rest while your guide shares intriguing stories, traditions, and insights from the ancient world.

Our "special" vehicle can accommodate 4 passengers plus 1 person in a wheelchair and is equipped with a ramp. Our driver will assist you in getting in and out of the vehicle.
