The operating hours of the attractions included in this combo product are as follows:

• Dolmabahce Palace: 09:00 - 17:00
• Galata Tower Hosted Entry Hours: 10:00, 11:00, 13:30, and 15:00

Please note that Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays, and hosted entry to Galata Tower is unavailable on Fridays.

Reminders

  • Know Before You Go: 25-language Audio Guide is specially prepared by Istanbul Tourist Pass and provided via a link with your tickets; it cannot be obtained at the attractions.

  • Know Before You Go: Your meeting point is in front of the Bereketzade Fountain, right next to the Galata Tower. Please meet your host there at least 15 minutes before your tour time. Your host will be holding a white flag for easy recognition.

  • Know Before You Go: Security lines are mandatory for all visitors, it might take 20-40 mins.

  • Know Before You Go: Children will be asked to present their valid passports at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age.

  • Know Before You Go: To enjoy the audio guides we’ve provided, you’ll need an active internet connection. Alternatively, you can download them in advance to listen offline; perfect for when you don’t have internet access during your visit.
