Begin with pickup at your hotel in Istanbul and then head to the Hippodrome at Sultanahmet Square, which was historically used to host chariot races. See the monuments here, including the Serpentine Column, the Column of Constantine, and the German Fountain of Wilhelm II.

Afterward, see the Blue Mosque, an Ottoman-era mosque known for its central dome that is surrounded by 4 semi-domes. Marvel at the blue Iznik tiles. Also, check out Hagia Sophia, which was built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century. Finish up with a hotel drop-off at the end.
