In accordance with the guidelines of the Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023 in Hong Kong, starting from 2024/4/22, hotels in Hong Kong will no longer provide complimentary single-use plastic items such as plastic bottled water, toothbrushes, and combs. — How to Get There —

1. Complimentary shuttle bus service is available to and from Exit A of Kai Tak MTR Station. Service hours are from 7:30 to 20:30 daily, departing every half hour. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Green Minibus No. 86 runs between Kowloon Bay MTR Station and the Cruise Terminal.
3. Citybus Route 20A runs between West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station and the Cruise Terminal.

— Arrangements for Severe Weather —

The hotel will remain open as usual during any severe weather, and you may proceed as planned. If you need to request a rescheduling, please contact the hotel directly on the day to inquire (rescheduling is subject to room availability).

— Hotel Policies —

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• If guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00 PM, they may check in at the front desk and store their luggage temporarily.
• Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time 11:00
• No parking facilities available.
• The hostel provides basic room cleaning every two days, including changing bed sheets and toiletries. The fee for additional room cleaning is HKD $50 per room per time, which does not include changing bed sheets and toiletries.
