Sedan Taxi (5 seater):
1-3pax with 2 luggage (24 inches)
4pax are allowed under certain conditions.
Van Taxi (9 seater):
1-6pax with 6 luggage (24 inches)
7pax are allowed under certain conditions.
Please leave a note how many passengers & luggage with size
If luggage exceeds the allowed limit and can not fit in the vehicle, the travel may not proceed, and the amount will not be refunded.
Please book 2 Sedan Taxi or Van Taxi if you are more than 4pax or exceeds luggage.
If you wish to change or add travel destinations, please inform us.
If you inform the driver of your preferred menu, any dietary restrictions, or a specific restaurant/cafe, they will suggest a suitable dining option for you. Please note that the cost of the meal is not included.

We offer free pick up services from Jeju Airport or accomodations in Jeju Island. Please note that additional charges may apply for locations outside of Jeju City.

All additional fees are must be paid in cash to the driver directly on-site.
The driver may not be fluent in foreign languages. If there are any issues during the ride, we'll provide online English assistance to help with communication.

Taxis are covered by insurance for medical expenses in the event of a traffic accident during the ride, following relevant regulations and compensation procedures. Be sure to compare insurance coverage when booking a vehicle in Korea!
Even if the tour ends early, partial refunds are not available.
In the event that drinks or other liquids are spilled, or if someone vomits in the vehicle, the tour may be terminated early, and the tour cost will not be refunded. Additionally, a cleaning fee will be charged, which is specified by law at KRW 150,000.
If the vehicle is damaged due to the customer's fault, repair costs will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
