- High-speed rail seats are automatically assigned by the system, and we cannot guarantee seat continuity or specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. The actual arrangement is subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- The definition of a child varies depending on the itinerary, and any additional charges on-site are subject to the regulations of the service provider.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the reservation is complete. A voucher will be issued after the order processing staff confirms the order and indicates that the order has been successfully placed. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.
Reminders
The [High-Speed Rail Reservation Code & Ticket Collection Identification Code] will be provided on your order voucher 7 days before departure. Passengers using e-tickets or convenience store pickups should collect their tickets within the specified time. Passengers choosing physical paper tickets will have their tickets mailed to their designated address 7 days before departure. Before ordering this product, please carefully read the ordering instructions and related agreements. If the orderer is not the traveler, the orderer will act as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the traveler of all itinerary details. The ordering instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the traveler after the "agree" button is clicked, and no subsequent objections will be accepted based on the traveler's lack of knowledge or understanding.
Those who purchase the "Discount Ticket/Senior Citizen Ticket" must bring valid identification to enter and exit the station on the day of departure for verification by the High Speed Rail staff. If you do not have your identification or there is any discrepancy during the High Speed Rail inspection, the High Speed Rail has the right to refuse your boarding and you will need to purchase another High Speed Rail ticket to board. The original High Speed Rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded.
For Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao, it is not permitted to use any two stations as the departure and arrival stations (for example, if the arrival station is Taipei Station, it is not permitted to depart from Nangang and Banqiao Station).
The price includes one round-trip ticket for a reserved seat in a standard high-speed rail carriage; the travel date must be the same as the departure date of the itinerary, and each order must include entry and exit from the same departure and destination stations, and the same train. This is a one-way ticket and is non-refundable for single-journey journeys.
The high-speed rail tickets under this project are discounted fares, valid only for the day and the train in question, and are anonymous. Lost tickets will not be reissued; please keep them safe. Any tickets that have been altered, damaged beyond recognition, or photocopied are invalid.
For pre-orders departing on or after the 29th, please fill in 2-3 desired high-speed rail train numbers for both the outbound and return journeys in the "Order Notes" section. The actual train numbers will be confirmed by customer service.

This is a discounted package deal and must be redeemed and completed on the departure date. It is not possible to use the items separately on different dates or cancel a single item, nor can it be exchanged for other goods of equal value. - Taiwan High Speed Rail
1. Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
2. High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent out after the reservation period opens.
3. Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/alighting at the same station and cannot board/alight at different stations.
4. High Speed Rail holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official High Speed Rail fare announcement.
5. The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted tickets and are only valid for designated trains on the same day.

1. According to the regulations for high-speed rail tickets during holidays, no refunds may be made for any single leg of the journey.
2. All ticket refunds must be processed through KKday; ticket windows at high-speed rail stations cannot process refunds or exchanges.
3. Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time, and need to refund or exchange tickets, they must all apply for refunds or exchanges together. Individual refunds or exchanges cannot be processed, and all refund, exchange, and change fees will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

- Due to administrative processing time, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after this time will be considered as applications submitted one day later.
- If you have already purchased a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets are counted as 2 tickets).
- Free cancellation for departure dates (excluding the departure date) and periods of eight days or more in advance.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within 4 to 7 days prior to the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within three days prior to the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost will be charged.
- On the departure date, if you are notified to change or cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- (For example: If you are departing on December 8th, you can change or cancel your order before November 30th for free; if you change or cancel your order between December 1st and 4th, a 30% handling fee will be charged; if you change or cancel your order between December 5th and 7th, a 70% handling fee will be charged.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
