Customers can purchase the Grab Travel Pass either before departure or upon arrival via the Grab app; however, the code can only be redeemed once they arrive in Thailand.
The travel pass is activated on the date of purchase and will expire 4 weeks from that date.
The travel pass is available for users with mobile numbers outside of the (+66) area code. Only international travelers are eligible for Travel Passes. Residents of a country, including domestic travelers and long term residents, are ineligible for Travel Passes.
Each Travel Pass can only be used in the respective country. For example, a Thailand Travel Pass can only be used in Thailand, while a Malaysia Travel Pass can only be used in Malaysia.
