  • Available to new and existing Grab users.
  • Each user may apply only one promo code for redemption.
  • Promo code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Customers can purchase the Grab Travel Pass either before departure or upon arrival via the Grab app; however, the code can only be redeemed once they arrive in Thailand.
  • The Travel Pass is activated on the date of purchase and will expire 4 weeks from that date.
  • Only international travelers are eligible for Travel Passes. Residents of a country, including domestic travelers and long term residents, are ineligible for Travel Passes. You would be considered a resident of a country if you meet any one of the following conditions:
    - You have previously registered on the Grab app with a local phone number (using local country code).
    - You have more engagement on the Grab app within that country than any other country (as determined solely by Grab).

  1. Choose your destination: Select the country and city you are traveling to.
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions: Go to the 'Account' section and tap on 'Subscriptions'. You must be logged into your account.
  3. Choose the Travel Pass: Select the Travel Pass for your destination country.
  4. Purchase the Pass: Tap on ‘Get Travel Pass’. Your pass will be valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
  5. Use a promo code : If you have a promo code, enter it and select the one you wish to use.
  6. Complete Payment: Confirm and complete the payment to activate your pass.

For travelers from within Southeast Asia:

  1. Open the Grab App: Launch the app from your home country.
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions: Go to the 'Account' section and tap on 'Subscriptions'.
  3. Choose the Travel Pass: Select the Travel Pass for the country you are visiting.
