行程調整： 若因車輛故障或其他不可控因素導致行程受阻，本公司將優先以旅客安全為考量，盡力安排替代方案或調整行程，感謝您的體諒。
個人健康與隨身裝備： 旅途中請務必隨時補充水分、做好防曬與保暖。請依個人需求備妥藥品及更換衣物，建議攜帶太陽眼鏡、遮陽帽、防曬乳、雨具、防寒外套、飲用水，並穿著舒適好走的一般休閒鞋與服飾。
不可抗力因素聲明： 凡因個人私事、罷工、政治局勢、戰爭、自然災害、氣候變化或其他不可抗拒之因素所導致的額外開支，本公司恕不承擔相關責任；若行程因此變動，相關費用需由旅客自行承擔，或與客服人員進一步協商。
