- Check each attraction's eligibility criteria for child discounts or free admission before purchasing passes for your children
- After redemption, the pass must be used on consecutive days. For example, if you start using a 3-day pass on April 1, it will remain valid until April 3
- The validity period is based on calendar days (00:00–23:59), not a 24-hour cycle. If you use your pass on April 1, one valid day will be deducted after 23:59 on April 1, regardless of use time
- Please be aware that each attraction can be visited only once using the Pass
- Once an order is confirmed, requests for changes or upgrades cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making a booking
- Free cancellation applies only to "unused" passes
- Please note that this Pass is not fast pass access. You may need to visit the counter to exchange tickets, or security check. In cases of long queues, we kindly ask for your patience while waiting

How to Use
【 Voucher Redemption Guide 】
Present the QR Code:
- Show your KKday e-voucher at the attraction entrance for validation
Printed Voucher:
- Access your order confirmation email, click the provided link, and download the e-voucher for printing
Use Go City App:
- Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
- After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
- Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.
Important Notes:
- If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
- If the "Your personal link" link on the KKday e-voucher is not functional, please consider utilizing alternative redemption methods
- Some attractions require advance reservations. Travellers without advance reservations may be denied entry. Please carefully read the Free Digital Gude before departure
