Purchase Notice

  • Age Restriction: Children under 2 years of age are not available to participate the tour.
  • Not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Reminders

  • The tour is private and personalized.

  • In case of a delay by the customer, the activity duration will be reduced accordingly, which may result in changes to the planned route. The activity will be canceled if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, and no refund will be issued for the amount paid.

  • The routes are planned to follow the designated path, including several scheduled landmarks for photo opportunities.

  • All tours start and end at the same pick-up point.

  • The tour itinerary may vary due to road closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.

  • In winter, Tuk Tuks have protective covers against rain and wind, and blankets to keep you warm.

  • Tuk Tuks do not have a trunk, so while child seats and wheelchairs are not allowed, there is some storage space for small luggages and packages.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
