1) The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.
2) A group can be formed with 1 or more people, and each group can have a maximum of 44 people.
3) Pricing rules: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group)
4) The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.
5) We will depart as scheduled even if it rains.
6) The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons on the day. The decision rests with the organizer. The company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.
7) If the Hanok cafe is closed, we will arrange for you to visit another cafe instead. (Picnics are not included at the Hanok cafe.)
8) The flowering condition of flowers may be affected by the weather. If the flowering condition is not ideal on the day of departure, our company will not be responsible or provide compensation.
9) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine if they are suitable for participation before accepting any activities included in or offered during the tour. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unforeseen factors, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide full assistance; our company and its members bear no responsibility for any damage or injury.
10) If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or unable to be visited due to other factors on the day of the visit, an alternative lunch will be arranged.
11) The tour fee includes admission tickets to each attraction. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.
12) Each customer on a one-day tour will receive a bottle of premium deep-sea water from Korea.
13) A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!
14) Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. For special requests, such as vegetarian options or food allergies, please prepare your own, as we cannot accommodate all requests.
