  • If the charter runs over time due to bad weather, traffic congestion or traffic control, standard overtime fees apply.
  • Vehicle models are for reference only. If the listed model or color is unavailable, a vehicle of the same class will be provided. Enter the actual number of passengers when booking, including infants and children.
  • Available passenger seats decrease as the amount of luggage increases. Check the vehicle information before booking to choose the most suitable vehicle, and clearly state the number of passengers, pieces of luggage, child car seats and luggage sizes. If the details you provide do not match the situation on-site, the supplier may cancel the service.

Overtime fee

A one-day charter covers 10 consecutive hours between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. Time beyond this incurs overtime fees, paid in cash to the driver on the day.
Standard 5-seater: $25 per 30 minutes; any part of 30 minutes is charged as 30 minutes.
Standard 7-seater: $30 per 30 minutes; any part of 30 minutes is charged as 30 minutes.
Luxury 7-seater: $35 per 30 minutes; any part of 30 minutes is charged as 30 minutes.
Luxury 8-seater: $35 per 30 minutes; any part of 30 minutes is charged as 30 minutes.

Second child seat

One child seat is free per order; additional seats cost $15 each, paid to the driver on-site. Please note how many you need when booking.
