• Usage Time: Maximum of 3 consecutive hours prior to the initial departure time
• The maximum lounge usage time is 3 consecutive hours prior to your initial departure time. In cases where your stay exceeds 3 hours, or your flight is delayed/canceled and you wish to continue using the lounge service, an additional fee will be charged according to the price list at the lounge reception desk.

Children Pricing Policy:

• Free of charge for up to 02 children under 05 years old when accompanied by one adult using the service. If your accompanying children fall under this free allowance, you do not need to select or purchase child tickets on this KKday page.
• From the third child under 5 years old and for children aged 5 to 12, please select a child ticket.

Overtime surcharge Policy:

• The maximum lounge usage time is 3 consecutive hours prior to your initial departure time. In case the usage exceeds 3 consecutive hours, or if your flight is delayed or canceled and you wish to continue using the service, a new KKday booking must be presented or the service fee must be paid according to the price list at the lounge reception counter.
