【Precautions】
- This tour requires a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the tour will be postponed or a refund will be issued.
- A cleaning fee of NT$300 will be charged for each pet brought in.
- For groups of 10 or more, there will be one tour leader who will serve each parent on average. For groups of fewer than 10, there will be a driver/guide who will serve the parents.
- If the trip cannot be carried out due to force majeure, cancellation will be made before the departure date, and all terms and conditions of the domestic tourism standard contract will be followed.
- If parents register for this tour and wish to cancel their participation due to personal reasons, their rights and obligations will be governed by the terms of the standard domestic tourism contract.
- If it rains during the trip, the travel agency reserves the right to change or adjust the itinerary.
- The tour fee does not include pet insurance.
- Dogs are part of the family and are the apple of their owners' eyes. So please take good care of them during your trip to prevent them from getting lost. If a dog gets lost, has an accident, gets sick, or bites another dog, the owners will be responsible for the consequences.
- During the trip, please be sure to keep your pet on a leash at all times and in all places when you get off the vehicle!
- During your trip, there will be many opportunities for dogs to socialize and interact with each other, so please be sure to get your dogs vaccinated. Thank you for your cooperation!
- If your pet defecates or urinates anywhere, please make sure to clean it up! Let's be polite and ethical pet lovers.
- Please avoid long-distance travel for pets that are too young, too old, or in heat.
- This tour uses medium or large buses. Please do not allow your pets to scratch the seats with their claws. If the scratches are serious, you may be liable for compensation.
- Pet-Friendly Dining Guidelines: Before entering the restaurant, please allow your pet to relieve itself outdoors. When dining indoors, please use a leash or stroller at all times. Male pets are advised to use a courtesy leash. Keep your pet in your sight at all times. If your pet accidentally relieves itself, please clean it up immediately.
- We have secured permission for our team to open some of our specialty restaurants. Please understand that some restaurants may have limited space.
- Pet-friendly restaurants require our collective effort to maintain so that more pet owners can use them sustainably in the future!
Precautions for pets
- Before your pet gets in the car, remember to let them relieve themselves first! For male pets who haven't been spayed or neutered, please wear a courtesy belt or diaper. For pets that shed easily, please remember to bring a mat or large towel mat to place on the seat.
- Please remember to bring the following when traveling:
1. Leash + chest carrier, chest carrier strap or stroller
2. Water, bowls, kettle
3. Pick up potty bags and diapers
4. Please prepare your own meals for your pets.
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Please be aware that the vehicle model may vary depending on the number of people and the size of the pets.
Please inform us if you are from another county or city. Those from counties and cities outside of Taipei and New Taipei City can register first and choose "board at a nearby interchange". To avoid delays for boarding and alighting, if the trip has already stopped at more than 3 stations, we will assess whether to continue to other locations. However, during special holidays, at least 2 people are required to board from other counties and cities. We apologize for any inconvenience!
All itineraries were listed for registration several months in advance. The correct itinerary order will be based on the pre-departure notice. If it rains during the trip, the travel agency reserves the right to change or adjust the itinerary.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
