- Departing from the West Gate 3 of Taipei Main Station, each person needs to purchase an additional NT$500.
-If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number for the tour to proceed as specified above, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 3 days prior to departure.

Mountain temperatures are slightly lower, so please bring warm clothing, lightweight rain gear, and a water bottle. If you have any special medical history, please bring your own medication and inform us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
4. Vegetarian requirements: If you are a vegetarian, please notify us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements for your meals.
5. Pet Regulations: Please avoid bringing pets into the village and respect local regulations.
6. Protect the environment: Please do not litter, break flowers and trees, or make noise that disturbs the peace. Please also abide by the rules and regulations such as no smoking and no drinking, maintain the environment and order of the tribe, and show a friendly and respectful attitude.

- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 6 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
