8:00-8:30: Meeting Point/Pickup Location
8:50: Arrive at Shangri-La Mactan. Scotty's staff will be waiting for you in the main lobby!
9:00: Day use check-in at the diving center!
12:00: Enjoy lunch at the restaurant.
16:00: [Round-trip transfer plan] Meet at Shangri-La Mactan main entrance and go to your hotel
18:00: [One-way transfer plan customers] Please return at your preferred time.

Shangri-la Day Use is Weekday only (Monday to Friday); No Saturday and Sundays
Child or Infant package must be provide proof of date of birth.
Meals are not included for infants aged 0-5.
Tour schedules are subject to change due to weather or other factors.
Guests coming from Cebu City, Mandaue, and Cordova will be picked up by Scotty's staff at the main lobby at 8:50 AM. Please wait in the main lobby.
If you arrive earlier than 8:50 AM, please go to the Scotty's Tour Desk in front of the souvenir shop in the main lobby, located to the right of the main entrance.
Towels are available for rental at the pool and beach counters at the Shangri-La Hotel. No deposit is required.
Additional drinks and meals at the Shangri-La Hotel can be purchased with cash or credit card for payment.
Sunscreen, sandals, swimsuits, swim rings, etc. are also available for purchase at the diving center.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
