To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes pass before the meeting time, the bus will leave without waiting.
We guarantee a punctual service, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the pickup location due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, and terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred by passengers due to such delays, including flights, trains, buses, and other travel expenses.

This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform the tour guide in advance and obtain his/her consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and the group fee will not be refunded.
According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the tour bus and in most hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will also collect evidence. Any violation will incur a cleaning fee of at least $250 per night. This fee is the responsibility of the guest. Please use designated smoking areas if you wish to smoke.
Pets and animals are not allowed on any tours.
Baggage inspection is required at the border crossing. Visitors are required to declare any items subject to customs duties at the border crossing. Visitors must claim all baggage at the border crossing before continuing their journey. Unclaimed baggage will not be allowed across the border. If a visitor is denied entry, no free shuttle bus service will be provided. Therefore, please prepare all necessary documentation and certificates before joining a cross-border tour.
The free airport pick-up service is only provided once for each order. If it cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delays, etc., please pay the transportation costs by yourself.

After the order is successful, the group will be confirmed 3 days in advance. If the minimum number of people in the group is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
