Steps after securing your Disney Cruise:

• Not all features of the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' or 'The Disney Cruise Line Website' are available for sailings more than 75 days in advance. 

• Manage your reservation via the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' or 'The Disney Cruise Line Website' (Using the email associated with your KKday reservation) Download the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' via App Store or Google Play Store.

Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmed bookings under hotel promo are not eligible for refund, cancellation, postponement, change, or transfer to another person.
  • For all bookings under hotel promotion offer, once your order is successfully placed, if you need to cancel or make changes due to personal reasons or reasons not attributable to KKday (including but not limited to medical emergencies or other itinerary arrangements), cancellation, refunds, and changes will not be accepted. For cancellation cases, only cruise amount will be refunded.
  • If, due to force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, government orders, or any events not attributable to KKday, the cruise supplier, or the Singapore hotel), the Disney Adventure cruise alone - or both the cruise and the Singapore hotel - are canceled, KKday will issue refunds in accordance with the applicable Disney Cruise Line refund terms. For cancellations arising under this clause, apart from the foregoing, KKday will not be liable for any other compensation, damages, or indirect losses.
  • In the event of unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to war, political unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather or sea conditions, transportation or technical issues, carrier-initiated schedule changes, strikes, or industrial action after departure), the itinerary may change, the ship may be unable to dock, or operating costs may increase. Customers must understand and accept that the shipping/cruise company bears no liability for compensation and reserves the right to charge additional fees.
  • Cruise departure, arrival, and docking times may be changed or canceled due to sailing conditions on the day. Final decisions rest with the cruise line. By purchasing this product, customers agree that the cruise line’s decisions do not constitute a breach of any terms in the product description and may not be used as grounds for claims against the cruise line.
