Complemented by chilled seafood, sashimi and sushi, teppanyaki, roasted meats, hot Chinese and Western dishes, and delicate desserts, it offers guests a dining experience that combines richness and sophistication.

Harbour Restaurant at The Harbourview will launch a brand new dinner buffet theme, 'Mediterranean Seafood Feast', from 2 October to 31 December 2026. Inspired by the bountiful produce and sunny flavors of the Mediterranean coast, it features seasonal seafood such as lobster, oysters, mussels, and shrimp, seasoned with classic Mediterranean elements like olive oil, herbs, and garlic. Accompanied by chilled seafood, sashimi and sushi, roasted meats, hot Chinese and Western dishes, and delicate desserts, it presents a rich dining experience brimming with Southern European flair.

This themed dinner buffet focuses on the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean coast. From seafood paella and herb-roasted fish to garlic and olive oil shrimp, each dish uses simple cooking techniques to highlight the freshness of the ingredients, showcasing the essence of Mediterranean cuisine that values natural flavors. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and elegant dining atmosphere, feeling as if they are by the Mediterranean Sea, savoring the flavors where sunshine and ocean intertwine.
