- Private charter car service: Please complete the reservation at least 24 hours before use.
- If the order is not completed within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice, please note.

🧳 Passengers and luggage must be declared truthfully Please choose a suitable car model and accurately inform the actual number of passengers, the number/size of luggage, whether a sign is required for airport pick-up or child safety seats. The driver will arrange the vehicle according to the legal and actual number of passengers and luggage capacity of the selected car model. If the number of people or luggage on site exceeds the carrying capacity of the car model, the driver has the right to refuse overloading and ask the passenger to call another car on his own. The relevant expenses shall be borne by the passenger, and the original order fee will not be refunded.

Overtime fees after the private charter car service period
If the private charter car service exceeds the service time, an overtime fee of 40,000 Korean Won per hour (60,000 Korean Won per hour for 14-seater vehicles) will be charged. Please pay the fee to the driver on-site.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
