- Passengers must have a KKday e-voucher, printed voucher, or order number to pick up their portable Wi-Fi device
- An additional surcharge may apply for early pickups or late returns. The amount will be calculated and should be paid on-site upon return
- A credit card authorization form is necessary as a form of deposit. Cash will not be accepted. The credit card authorization form will be terminated once the device has been returned with no issues. Please note that American Express and UnionPay credit cards will be not accepted
- The Wi-Fi device type will be based on on-site availability
- Due to the fair usage policy, excessive usage of internet data may result in slower or weaker internet service
- Due to Article 4 of the Taiwan Telecom Risk Management Telecommunications Law, the WiFi device belongs to the category of communication products. Starting from September 1, 2023, when picking up the device, a copy of the certificate must be provided.

This device is rented and must be returned to the designated locations after the rental period
Refunds will not be granted to travelers who fail to pick up their device due to personal reasons
The quality of phone calls may be affected due to the location of use. The internet speed may be affected due to surrounding landforms, weather conditions, obstruction due to tall buildings, the number of users, or the location
Travelers are allowed to return the portable Wi-Fi device to any designated pickup/return point. Please pick up your portable Wi-Fi device at the counter during business hours. Travelers are welcome to return their portable Wi-Fi device at any convenient time within the rental period via the return boxes
No return box at Songshan Airport. To return the device outside business hours, please pay for convenience store delivery (7-Eleven/FamilyMart/Hi-Life) and ship on the scheduled return date or before 5:00 pm the day after

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
