  2. Main contact name, Taiwan mobile phone contact number (if foreigners do not have a Taiwan mobile phone contact number, please use communication software instead)
  • Seat arrangement is on a first-come-first-served basis. When ordering, please add 1 to 3 seat options in the 'Remarks' column. The final seat is subject to receipt of the confirmation slip and successful reservation confirmation
  • The tour leader and driver will accompany you throughout the trip, and the travel fee is NTD150 per passenger
  • The driving time stated in this itinerary is for reference only. Due to road conditions or the large number of tourists during holidays, the itinerary sequence may be subjected to change depending on the situation
  • The itinerary is subject to the Domestic Tourism Standardized Contract issued by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of China. When you complete the booking of this itinerary, you agree and accept the provisions of the Domestic Tourism Standardized Contract
  • If you need to cancel the order after the order is established, please contact KKday customer service staff first. The cancellation policy is based on Article 12 of the " Domestic Tourism Standardized Contract " (Passengers can terminate the contract and their responsibilities at will before departure). The compensation basis is as follows:
  1. If the contract is terminated before the 41st working day before the start of the tour, 5% of the tour fee will be compensated
  2. If the contract is terminated within the 31st working day to the 40th day before the start of the tour, 10% of the tour fee will be compensated
  3. If the contract is terminated within the 21st working day to the 30th day before the start of the tour, 20% of the travel expenses will be compensated
  4. If the contract is canceled from the second working day to the twentieth day before the start of the tour, 30% of the tour fee will be compensated
  5. If the contract is canceled one working day before the start of the tour, 50% of the tour cost will be compensated
  6. Those who terminate the contract on or after the start of the tour or do not notify the participants of their non-participation will be compensated 100% of the travel expenses. 
    According to the above provisions, the travel expenses used as the basis for calculating damages shall be calculated after deducting administrative fees.
    If the travel operator can prove that the damage it suffered exceeds the standards specified in the first paragraph, it may claim compensation for its actual damage. The notification date must be based on the normal working hours announced by the Personnel Administration Bureau. If the time is exceeded, it will be calculated on the next working day. Reminders

  • A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
