Due to the significant increase and volatility of fuel prices in Australia, it has regrettably become necessary to introduce a fuel surcharge to your ticket price, effective from Wednesday 1 April 2026. (The surcharge is payable at the time of booking )

  • Free admission for children under the age of 4
  • Optional activities, such as guided snorkelling safari, introductory scuba dive, sea walker platform helmet diving, and scenic helicopter flights, are available and to be paid on-site
  • It is suggested to bring cash for drinks at the bar if needed and a credit card for optional tours
  • Travellers must not board a flight within 12 hrs after one dive (of more than 300 meters above sea level). If you perform multiple dives, you cannot fly for the next 24 hrs
  • Travellers must be over the age of 12 to participate in snorkelling or scuba diving activities. In booking the tour, travellers certify that there are no health-related issues that would preclude their participation in the activity. Instructors will evaluate your physical conditions before any activity and may deny you from participating. Please refer to the following health checklist 
  • Please bring the following: sunblock, swimsuit, towel, and motion sickness medication

  • Travellers that fail to arrive before the meeting time will be classed as no-show without any refund

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
