Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and confirm the correct location on your own. As the bus needs to pick up guests at multiple boarding points, it can only wait for 5 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds on the same day. Please also note that due to delays from other group members or traffic conditions, pickup times may be delayed by 10–15 minutes.
Skiing is a relatively intense and potentially risky sport. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in your home country before departing for South Korea.
All ski equipment must be reserved in advance. Package changes and refund requests cannot be accommodated on-site. We highly recommend booking early to secure discounted lift tickets.
For safety reasons, walking onto the slopes or carrying equipment by hand is strictly prohibited. Guests without ski/snowboard gear are not allowed on the slopes and must remain in the dining and rest areas.
In the event of a collision or accident with other visitors while skiing, our team will only assist with on-site translation and communication. Any resulting medical expenses or compensation fees must be borne entirely by the participant.
Lessons are conducted with one instructor or assistant for every 10–20 participants. The final ratio is subject to the supplier's on-site arrangement on the day of the tour.
As skiing is an outdoor activity with a higher risk of injury, it is recommended to bring your own cold-weather waterproof ski gloves, knee pads, and hip protection gear. If you do not have your own equipment, these items are also available for purchase or rental on-site: waterproof gloves from KRW 15,000, and helmets or protective gear from KRW 10,000 per item.

Lunch is not included in the tour. We recommend bringing your own lunch or dining at one of the locations recommended by your guide. Authentic Korean seaweed souvenirs introduced during the tour will also be available for optional purchase at the end of the trip.
If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participants, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or offer alternative options. If you prefer to cancel, you can request a full refund directly through the platform. Please check your email for notifications prior to departure.
Ski boots and ski clothing are provided based on on-site availability. If sizes do not fit the guest’s body type and skiing cannot be carried out as a result, no compensation or refund will be provided.
Children are defined as aged 2–12. The complimentary ski jacket offer is only available for children under 12 years old.
