4. Upon successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation email or you can view the voucher in KKday 'Manage My Booking'

5. Present the QR code to enter during your reserved time slot

*Please arrive 10 minutes before your reserved time slot and present the voucher attached to the confirmation email to the staff on-site for entry.

*If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reserved time slot (e.g., if you booked the 12:00-12:45 slot and arrive after 12:15), the reservation will be voided immediately. No alternative entry time will be arranged, and you will need to make a new reservation.

— How to Use Your Voucher —

• Once a 【KKday Reservation Ticket】 is successfully booked, the name of the attendee and the entry session cannot be changed, and requests for cancellation of specific orders will not be accepted.
• To ensure effective crowd control, please have the valid 【Entry Voucher】 QR code in the KKday app ready before entry, and present a form of identification matching the registered name to staff for verification.
• Please ensure the correct details for every traveler are entered during reservation. The system will record all information. If multiple people are booked under a single order, only the representative's name will appear on the voucher; simply present the valid voucher on-site for entry verification.
• To view the details of each traveler in your reservation, please follow these steps: Manage My Booking → Order Details → Order Information/Booking Details → Traveler Information
• Successful registrants should arrive 15 minutes before their reserved time slot. Before entering, please present the valid 【Entry Voucher】 QR code to the staff on-site and follow their instructions to queue at the designated area.
• Please enter the correct names of all attendees when placing your order. Staff may request each attendee to provide valid identification to verify their reservation eligibility.
• Each 【Entry Voucher】 QR code is valid only for the scheduled time slot and for one-time entry; it cannot be reused.
• All individuals, including children aged 6 or under, must have a reservation to enter and will be eligible for purchase quotas.
• Entry will not be permitted if a valid 【Entry Voucher】 QR code cannot be presented for any reason.
• Photographs or screenshots of the 【Entry Voucher】 QR code will not be accepted.

• Entry time slots: 12:00 – 20:45. The time slot selected during booking is your entry time for that day; each session lasts 45 minutes.
• On-site staff will arrange for individuals holding a valid 【KKday Reservation Ticket】 to queue at designated locations based on the situation on-site.
• Each person can book a maximum of 2 entry spots per session.
• Once the reservation is successful, all personal information cannot be changed.
• Entry spots for the 【KKday Reservation Ticket】 are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, without further notice.
• To ensure a smooth entry process, please arrive 10 minutes before your designated time slot. Before entering, please present a valid 【KKday Reservation Ticket】 to the staff on-site and follow their instructions to queue at the designated area.
• The 【Entry Voucher】 QR code for the 【KKday Reservation Ticket】 is valid only for the scheduled time slot and for one-time entry; it cannot be reused.
• The 【KKday Reservation Ticket】 cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other gifts, and is non-refundable. The organizer reserves the right to reclaim or cancel any vouchers used for resale purposes.
• To ensure effective crowd control and provide a quality shopping experience, staff will remind attendees to proceed to the checkout counter 10 minutes before the end of each session to manage the flow of people.
• To protect the rights of other attendees, each KKday member is limited to one reservation order per usage date. If duplicate reservations (more than one order) are found for the same date, the earliest reservation will prevail, and other orders will be cancelled, rendering their vouchers invalid.
• To protect your rights, please do not purchase 【KKday Reservation Tickets】 from unauthorized channels. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to holders of vouchers purchased through unauthorized channels.
