Please present the printed voucher to the driver upon pick-up.
If you are using a late-night flight that crosses the date, please apply for the flight according to your arrival date.
●This is a plan without meals only, so only accommodation and airport transfers are included in the price. Meals and sightseeing are not included.
[Room types]
●Basically, two people will stay in one room. If three people stay in one room, an extra bed will be provided.
●The tour fee does not include a guide. If you would like a guide, please select it from the options.
●The vehicle type may change depending on the number of participants on the day.

●As a general rule, each person is allowed to bring one suitcase and one carry-on baggage.

[Airport flight delays]
If your flight is delayed for more than 90 minutes, an additional fee of NT$300 will be charged.
If your flight is delayed by 90 minutes or more and 120 minutes have passed since we received no contact from you, your reservation will be considered automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.
●The driver's waiting time at the hotel is free of charge up to 20 minutes, but if it exceeds 20 minutes, an additional 300 NTD will be charged.
●The basic usage time is 1 hour, and any time over 30 minutes is free, and any time over 30 minutes will be charged as 1 hour. If you wish to extend your time on the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation. If an extension is possible, you will be required to pay an additional fee on-site.
●If you would like to participate as a group of 7 or more, please contact us.
If you wish to depart from or arrive at Matsuyama Airport, please contact the tour operator for pricing.
Conditions for children: Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18kg must use a child seat. If you bring your own, one child seat is free of charge, but if you use a second child or more, a rental fee will be charged (NT$500 per child).

- Cancellations 22 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 15 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
