●Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
●You must obtain a Chinese translation of your valid Japanese driver's license. For information on how to obtain one, please see the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association - System for Japanese driver's license holders to drive vehicles in Taiwan.
*An additional fee will be charged for issuance.
Please observe the local traffic rules. If you receive a notice of violation after the tour due to speed violation, you will be charged the full amount.
●One bike will be provided per person.
●Depending on the date of your reservation, we may not be able to respond to your reservation confirmation until after weekends, Taiwanese public holidays, Lunar New Year holidays, etc.
●Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver provided by the tour operator upon participation.
【Clothing and belongings】
Passport Japanese driver's license Chinese translation of valid Japanese driver's license Please bring drinking water, an umbrella, medicine, sunscreen, warm clothing, etc. as necessary.
Reminders
●Tour schedules may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
●In principle, we will not refund the tour price or any other damages or expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.
●In order to apply for travel liability insurance worth NT$2 million + medical insurance worth NT$200,000, and travel accident insurance worth NT$2 million + medical insurance worth NT$200,000, you will need to fill in the required information (name, date of birth, passport number, address, email address) when making a reservation.
*Insurance fee is included in the tour price.
*Two-seater plan: Those who are not driving must also join.
If you wish to leave the group midway, you must inform the guide in charge on the day and sign a leaving form.
*Due to customer convenience, there will be no change in the tour price.
●The sky lantern flying experience is limited to 2-4 people for one lantern.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
