  • Group size may increase by 5–10 people during school holidays, National Day, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and local Australian student holidays. By booking, you accept this situation; no refunds will be provided.
  • Includes Chocolate Factory, Moonlit Sanctuary, Cowes Township, and Dandenong Ranges 1000 Steps. Visits are not guaranteed and may be canceled due to Penguin Parade or train schedules; no refunds will be given. Please do not book if this is a concern.
  • Each guest may bring one carry-on up to 7 kg (suitcases not allowed).
