All tour participants must provide accurate identification information (ticket package only) and contact information, and keep them accessible so that customer service can promptly notify them of travel arrangements. If you miss your tour due to personal reasons preventing timely arrangements and communication, you will be solely responsible. Please check your email or other effective social media channels for timely order confirmations and tour departure information.
5. Transportation will be arranged based on the number of participants. For small groups and private tours, the driver will also act as the guide. For large groups of less than 20 people, the driver will also act as the guide. The driver/guide's main responsibility is to provide driving service, offering only basic explanations and directions at scenic spots. This may differ from a professional tour guide's explanations. Please understand this and consider carefully before booking!
6. As this is a group tour, the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 5 minutes to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary. If you do not appear within this time, it will be considered a forfeit of the tour, and the fee will not be refunded or rescheduled. You will bear the risk of absence due to personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Thank you for your understanding. Please strictly adhere to the meeting time specified by the driver/guide or tour guide (only for tours with a tour guide). 16. For trips including transportation, the driver/guide cannot arrange special seats. If necessary, please negotiate amicably with other passengers. If they refuse, please use the existing seats.
