eSIM IP Addresses
To keep apps running smoothly, the eSIM automatically switches IP address depending on the app you use:
(No manual setup is needed; the system detects and switches automatically.)
TikTok Compatibility
iOS: The TikTok app and website are supported.
Android: The TikTok app is not supported yet; only the website can be used.
Notes:
You can install the eSIM before you arrive and activate the plan once you reach your destination; your usage days only start counting from activation.
Installing the eSIM requires an internet connection. We recommend installing it before you depart or using the free airport Wi-Fi at your destination.
Each QR code can be scanned only once, on one phone, and the eSIM cannot be moved to another device once installed.
Daily plans: days are counted by calendar day, and day 1 runs from activation until 11:59 PM (UTC+8) that day. For example, if you buy a 3-day plan and install and activate it at 10:00 AM on 9/1, the plan ends at 11:59 PM on 9/3.
Total data plans: each 24-hour period after activation counts as one day. For example, if you buy a 3-day plan and install and activate it at 10:00 AM on 9/1, the plan ends at 9:59 AM on 9/4.
The eSIM is valid for 90 days from the order date. Please activate it within this period.
Remember to turn off data roaming on your original SIM card so you do not use its mobile network and incur high roaming charges.
On the same device, the eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled up to 10 times. It can be reinstalled within the QR code's validity period (if not yet activated) or the plan's validity period (if activated). After the validity period ends, it can no longer be installed.
An error message after scanning does not mean the eSIM is invalid. Restart your phone and go to Settings > Cellular to check whether the eSIM has been added, or contact customer service for help. Do not scan another QR code, or you may install multiple eSIMs on one phone.
On iPhone, delete any configuration profiles so the eSIM works properly (to check: Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, scroll to the bottom; if no profile is listed, you are all set).
Network quality varies from country to country, and coverage differs by region and carrier, so refunds cannot be requested because of signal conditions in a few areas. If the signal is weak, you can switch carriers manually: go to Network Selection/Carrier, turn off Automatic, and choose from the carriers found in the search.
To maintain connection quality under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), carriers worldwide sometimes restrict customers who use very large amounts of data in a short time, which may leave you unable to connect or with slower speeds. To stay connected normally, please avoid long periods of streaming or downloading video, updating software, sharing your connection (hotspot) with others, or other data-heavy use.
If you delete the eSIM plan before it is used up, or without customer service confirming the issue first, it cannot be reissued or refunded.

Real-time usage tracking is not supported. The roaming provider's usage data is updated with a 1-hour delay (for example, a check at 10:00 AM shows usage up to 9:00 AM).
