- The minimum number of participants for the airport pickup tour is 2, and the minimum number of participants for the Blue Mountains/Port Stephens tour is 4. The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- The tour will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather.
- No refunds or date changes will be provided for no-shows resulting from a customer's negligence or incorrect travel date selection. If you request a date change after a no-show, a no-show fee (change fee) equivalent to 50% of the payment amount will be applied.
- If you are unable to participate in the tour for personal reasons, date changes and cancellations are not permitted.
- Under Australian road traffic laws, eating and drinking onboard tourist vehicles is prohibited.
- Under Australian road traffic laws, child seats are only required for children aged 1 year and older (12 to 24 months). If this applies to you, please indicate your child's age and any other requirements (the recommended age for tour participation is 4 years and older).
- For airport pickup tours, we can wait up to 15 minutes after the designated meeting time. No refunds will be issued for missed meetings due to delays in personal check-in.
- For airport pickup tours, if you receive flight delay notification from the airline before your flight, you can cancel and receive a refund if you share the information in advance the day before your trip.
- If your drop-off location is outside the standard Sydney city center, please inquire. Additional fees apply for drop-offs in outlying areas, and if your requested location is not within the designated route, drop-off may not be possible.
- Zigzag Tour may not be able to assist with tour changes or cancellations due to natural disasters.
- Travel insurance is not included in the product, so we recommend purchasing it individually.
