1. The daily itinerary times and attraction order are for reference only and are subject to the tour guide's arrangements on the day. The day before departure, we will notify guests of the tour guide's information, vehicle license plate number, and departure time via SMS (Australian mobile numbers only). If guests do not have an Australian mobile number, please contact us in advance for travel information.
2. In the event of changes, delays or cancellations of the itinerary due to reasons such as vehicle damage, strikes, accidents, weather or other force majeure factors, our company reserves the right of final interpretation.
3. Tourists are advised to purchase travel insurance; no refunds will be given for missed trips due to lateness. Therefore, alternative transportation will need to be arranged, and the resulting costs will be borne by the tourist.
4. This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to form a group. If the minimum number is not reached, we will contact you 3 days prior to departure to cancel your booking and provide a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 31 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
