This event is not available for Korea passport holders.
The event contents may change without notice depending on the situation.
Please bring your valid passport or foreigner registration cards with you for identification check.
Participants must be at least 12 years of age, for those who are aged under 12 can enter the performance hall only when accompanying with their adult guardians and will be charged the same ticket price as adults.
Seats are automatically assigned by the system and confirmed only after the tour staff completes ticketing on-site.
If weather conditions or special circumstances pose a risk to viewers' safety or the performance, the event may be canceled or stopped.
Recording or photographing the show is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught violating this rule will be handled by venue security.
Any behavior that disturbs others' viewing or threatens safety may result in immediate removal by venue security.
Always refer to the instructions provided by the event organizers and venue staff for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
