*If there are bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 16:00) and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
*The color and model of the car will not be specified. The actual car will be dispatched on the day of the plan.
*Some scenic spots in Taiwan will implement temporary traffic control according to the daily crowd situation. When encountering traffic control, you need to transfer to a shuttle bus at your own expense.
*Our staff will contact you at least one day before departure. Please make sure that your network is working properly and pay attention to the messages on your mobile phone communication software.
* If you depart before 08:00 in the morning or the trip ends after 22:00 at night, an additional fee of NT$ 300 will be charged, which should be paid on site.
* If the departure or return point is not in Taipei/New Taipei City (including Tamsui, Beitou, and Yangmingshan), an additional fee of NT$ 300 - NT$ 1000 will be charged depending on the route. The actual fee will be calculated based on the route booked by the passenger. The amount will be attached to the voucher and please pay it to the driver on site.
*Exceeding the private charter car limit, the hourly charge for a five-seater car is NT$ 500, for a seven-seater car is NT$ 600, and for a nine-seater car is NT$ 700.
*The duration of stay at each attraction in this itinerary can be adjusted by yourself. The total time of use per day is 8 hours and 10 hours. If you exceed the time limit, you must pay the overtime fee on site. Please note.
Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver; if you cause damage or dirt on the items in the car, you must pay compensation according to the price and pay cash on the spot.

- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
