- The duration of a gondola ride may vary depending on its operating speed, which can be influenced by weather conditions or other factors. On average, a gondola ride takes approximately 15 minutes one way. A return trip takes around 30 minutes. You can choose to stay at the summit or base station for as long as you like before taking the return journey
- Each gondola can comfortably accommodate up to 8 passengers, making it perfect for families and small groups. Each gondola is licensed to carry 8 passengers – so groups of 9 or more will be split across multiple gondolas. Babies in carriers are included in the group headcount
- Arthurs Seat Eagle is fully accessible for wheelchairs and prams
- Pets are not allowed as Arthur's Seat Eagle is located within the State Park; only assistance animals are permitted
