Q1. Can you pick me up at the airport? If it's not the airport but the hotel, when can I pick you up?
- It is possible! For sunrise, you must be out of the airport by 1:00 AM, and for sunset, you must be out of the airport by 9:00 AM.
Hotel pickup is around 12 PM for sunrise and around 8 AM for sunset. Luggage can also be stored in the tour vehicle.
If you are departing from the airport, we will store your luggage in the round-trip vehicle to Mui Ne and proceed with the tour.
Q2. My flight arrives at 00:55. Is it possible to not take the tour?
- It is possible, but it will only be conducted with those who took the flight, and if there are not enough people, we will notify you of the cancellation.
You must arrive before 2:00 PM to be able to participate in the tour! After 2:00 PM, you cannot participate in the tour.
Q3. If my flight is delayed, will the tour be cancelled?
-Please arrive before 1am! You can see the sunrise until 2am.
If the flight is delayed, you may not be able to see the sunrise.
Q4. Can the tour be cancelled if there are not enough participants?
-Yes, that's right. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you two days in advance.
If the event is cancelled due to insufficient number of participants, the full amount will be refunded.
Q5. What about the restaurant?
-The Sunrise Tour starts with a quick bite of rice noodles at the airport if you are hungry.
Then, when you arrive at Mui Ne, you can choose from a variety of menus at Sinbad Kebab ~ (Meals are not included, so you can pay for them separately)
The sunset tour will introduce you to recommended restaurants such as Sinbad Kebab for lunch and a seafood restaurant and Western restaurant for dinner.
Q6. What are the additional charges that apply on-site?
- The ATV option at White Sand Dunes costs 300,000 won per person. You may not be able to enter White Sand Dunes without riding an ATV.
The entrance fee to the Fairy Spring is 15,000 VND per person. The price may increase on site.
The above prices are subject to change, so please use them as approximate prices.
The entrance fee to the Dragon Fruit Farm is 30,000 VND per person. You can skip it.
Q7. I live in a resort in the Honchong area. Is there a pick-up/drop-off fee?
-Nha Trang city center, Cam Ranh pick-up and drop-off is free!
Pick-up and drop-off fees apply in the Hwaseong area.
Add $10 for one-way use / Add $20 for round trip use
The amount can be paid on site in dollars or dong.
Q8. Is the guide a Korean guide?
-This tour is an unguided tour and is conducted on-site by jeep. You must arrive on time after sightseeing on your own.
Since this is a joint tour, please be sure to be on time, as it may cause inconvenience to others if you arrive late.
Q9. Can I choose the color of the Jeep?
-Not possible, colors are randomly assigned locally.
Q10. Is the jeep included?
-Yes, after arriving at Mui Ne, you will transfer to a jeep and proceed.
The jeeps are operated individually by team, and in the case of individual applications, an additional fee of $15 is charged for individual jeeps.
Red Sand Dunes can be accessed by included jeep, but if you wish to ride a jeep or ATV at White Sand Dunes, an additional fee will be charged.
📌 When booking the tour, please select the date based on whether you are departing from Korea or Nha Trang city center. Ex. For a tour departing from Korea on December 24th and leaving Nha Trang at 1:00 AM on December 25th, please book for December 24th.
