The sound healing session start from lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by crystal singing bowls. Then, begin your session (Chiang Mai Paper Umbrella Painting, Woodblock Printing, Tote Bag Painting or Canvas Painting) and use your creativity to craft one of your masterpieces.
