【Day 1】
Your bus will depart from the Shinjuku area.
Our first destination will be Yuzawa Highland Panorama Park.
You can take the ropeway and enjoy a panoramic view of the snow-covered peaks of the mountain range.
Next, in local restaurant, Uono no Sato, you will enjoy your lunch at a Japanese style restaurant. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies when you book.
The highlight of the tour is Crab buffet and lantern launch at New Greenpia Tsunan.

【Day 2】
You can have breakfast at the hotel.

  • Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers.

  • If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense.

  • Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.

  • Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.

  • Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

  • Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions.

  • Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
