There is no luggage limit. You can leave your luggage at the hotel front desk during your tour in Iceland (Note: During the two-day tour of the South Coast, each person is limited to one small cabin suitcase and one carry-on backpack. If you have excess luggage, you can leave it at the hotel or the guide can arrange storage service)
The Northern Lights tour is a free program and no refunds are involved, regardless of whether you see the Northern Lights or not.
After payment is completed, the merchant will confirm whether the reservation is successful within 24 working hours at the latest.
If the payment is not confirmed within the time limit, the system will automatically refund the payment, which is expected to be returned to the payment account within 1-7 working days
We will send you the Chinese itinerary, English confirmation and Blue Lagoon tickets one week before your trip. Please read them carefully.
We recommend that you print the itinerary. If you are unable to print, please ensure that your electronic device can clearly display the English confirmation and the QR code of the Blue Lagoon ticket at the tour location.
If you need to cancel a multi-day tour or package, please contact us at least 7 days in advance, state your order number and reason for cancellation, and you will get a 100% refund. If you need to cancel or change an item in the package, you also need to apply for modification at least 7 days in advance. There will be no refund for applications made within 7 days.
If your tour is unable to operate due to extreme weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. If a volcanic eruption prevents you from arriving in Iceland, you can cancel your trip in Iceland and receive a full refund.
There is no charge for modifying multi-day tours and packages. However, if you need to change the date and itinerary details, whether the change can be successful depends on the actual situation. If the new details cause changes in the prices of products, hotels, car rentals, etc., you need to pay the difference to complete the change. Please note: If you change the number of people in an order to less than the original number of people, this is regarded as canceling the order of a certain number of people rather than changing it, and the changed number of people will be implemented according to the cancellation policy;
If you need to change your multi-day tour or package booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to help you change it, but if you need to reschedule and the new date is fully booked, we cannot change it;
Guide to Iceland cannot be held liable for any losses, accidents, injuries, sickness, personal injury, financial, entertainment or mental damage during your tour. If your tour is delayed due to force majeure such as weather, natural disasters, strikes or any other force majeure, and if it is not changed in advance as per the terms of the service, you will be liable for any losses incurred. Tour operators reserve the right to change routes, schedules and itineraries due to extreme weather, road conditions or other necessity. We recommend that all tourists purchase a comprehensive travel insurance before departure to reduce the risk of losses due to unforeseen external forces during your trip.
During the tour, if the operator fails to pick up the group on time, you will need to call the contact number yourself or ask the hotel front desk to help you call the contact number. Please pay attention to the itinerary;
If you are a group of three and need to stay in one room, the system will add a single room surcharge by default. Please contact customer service to modify the price. Accommodation conditions in Iceland are different from those in other European countries. This is mainly reflected in triple rooms. Most rooms are double rooms with extra beds, and the space is relatively small. If you want to have enough comfortable and spacious rest space, we recommend that you choose a double room + single room when booking for three or more people.
When multiple people make a reservation, the default is a multiple room (double room, triple room, or a combination of double and triple rooms). If you make a reservation for multiple people at once but need a single room, you will need to pay the corresponding single room difference. Our customer service will contact you after you make the reservation;
