- Women must fully cover their arms, legs, and heads at all times during the visit to the mosque. A long black abaya (covering) may be borrowed from the operator
- Men must not reveal any skin above their knees and shoulders must be covered during the visit to the mosque. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. No clothing will be provided for men
- The Abu Dhabi City tour is offered in different languages. However, the desert safari will only be led by an English-speaking driver
- Qasr Al Watan (guidance is not available inside the palace) may be closed without notice for presidential events. In such cases, the group will visit Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village
- The duration of the tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off
- It will not be possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during Islamic festivals
- It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any sickness during the dune bashing
