When making a reservation, you agree and must abide by and cooperate with the listed regulations. - When placing a reservation, you must fill in the same name as on your passport. Once ordered, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please pay attention to whether the selected date, number of people, and ticket type are correct before placing the order
- All Guests must have valid government issued citizenship documentation in order to sail, which may include valid original passports and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied embarkation. Disney Cruise Line strongly encourages Guests of all ages to have a valid passport for all cruises
- The minimum age to sail aboard Disney Cruise Line ships is 6 months of age on most itineraries
- The cost includes fuel surcharge and port tax. Please be informed this fee is assessed per passenger, per ship, per ton, etc. The fee is adjusted before departure. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to charge any additional fees during sailing. Passengers need to make up the price difference.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult (parent or guardian) over the age of 21 in the same stateroom
- For safety reasons, women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date or who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise will be refused passage due to safety concerns
- During the cruise itinerary, the sailing time of the cruise ship is always on time every day. Therefore, if the passenger fails to arrive on time at the return time, all subsequent expenses incurred by the passenger (transportation fees, accommodation fees, etc.) must be borne by the passenger
- Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to cancel or change the scheduled itinerary, time, ship, and price due to force majeure, severe weather factors, etc. without prior notice. Disney Cruise Line and KKday will not be responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred by passengers due to the above circumstances
- Retail establishments and other facilities in ports of call may be closed, restricted or have limited availability especially during certain holiday periods
- All transactions on the Disney Cruise Line are denominated in U.S. dollars. Cash or credit cards are not allowed for transactions on the ship. In addition to passports, visas, valid documents and other information, it is recommended that passengers fill in or upload information on the Disney Cruise Line official website ( My Online Check-in requires registration first) before boarding the ship to save time (for detailed information, please refer to the official website):
- If you do not submit the form online at least 48 hours before boarding the ship, you will need to complete it when you check in at the port terminal.
- Guest Information Form : Provide passenger-related information (such as address, nationality, citizenship, emergency contact information, etc.)
- Payment Authorization Form: Since cash or credit card transactions are not allowed on the cruise, all additional payments will be recorded on your room card and will be settled on the last day of the trip. This form requires your credit card information.
- Cruise Contract : An agreement that details the legal rights and responsibilities of Disney Cruise Line and passengers. By reading the online version and signing, you agree to the above terms (the content will be different depending on your nationality, please refer to here)
- After completing the required information for My Online Check-in and the above forms, please be sure to print out the Online Check-In Port Arrival Form on paper and bring it to the embarkation pier on the day of travel check-in.
