Please must bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation and check in at Fantasea Darling Harbour office first at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to get your boarding wristband for your vessel

Due to the extra security during NYE, please produce a printed copy of your tickets or a digital copy of your reservation record on request at the security gates. The cruise company cannot guarantee access to your departure point or our offices without a copy

Passengers must present the credit card used for the booking along with matching photo identification. The name on the card must match the booking.

Passengers must not bring any illegal substances or alcohol onto the vessel

Please check in at least 60 minutes prior to departure

Check in will be available at the Fantasea Cruising Office from 12:00 on Wednesday, 31 December

Please refer to the most recent NSW government NYE guidelines in relation to access to the Sydney CBD, transport, and other requirements

All personal belongings will be passengers' own responsibility

The captain has the sole and absolute discretion to adjust the scheduled route or destination of the cruise if for any reason the captain considers it necessary for the safety and welfare of the vessel, its passengers and crew

Kindly be reminded the exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed due to the heavy traffic and congestion on the harbour or due to any prevailing wind conditions
