When downloading and registering the application, please use a mobile phone number that can be used in Taiwan.

Once redeemed, the serial number becomes effective immediately. If the time limit or free mileage limit is exceeded (free mileage is subject to the plan details), an overtime fee and mileage fee will be charged: 3 yuan per minute and 3.5 yuan per kilometer. The plan cannot be used in segments or with a specified start and end time. Ride coupons (gold) cannot be used to offset the cost when purchasing the plan.

If the free mileage limit is exceeded, you will be notified of the excess mileage and additional charges via SMS 1-2 business days after the end of the ride plan (the last hourly rental order will be canceled or refunded, a new order including mileage fees will be created, and the user will be notified to pay).

Tickets that have been redeemed are non-transferable.

This applies to registered WeMo Scooter members of WeMo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

The hourly rental plan does not apply to the battery swapping reward program.

Rental and return times and mileage are based on system records, and users can check relevant information in "History".

If you have other user plans, you can switch between them in "Account" --> "Plans" below your name. You can also adjust the user plan you are using in the drop-down menu after selecting the motorcycle location point on the map page.

Cancellation, modification, and refund are not permitted before the expiration date. However, exceptions apply to situations where cancellation is permitted by law, in which case the standard fee will be calculated, deducting the riding fee; a refund will be issued with a handling fee of NT$50.

If you wish to purchase other "private charter car packages", you must wait until this package expires before you can make a purchase (you cannot purchase them while the package is in the reservation/rental status).

For all customers who purchase this plan, if the company's system experiences interruptions, malfunctions, delays, data transmission or storage errors due to network system hardware and software failures provided by telecommunications operators or credit card acquiring operators, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, resulting in the inability to complete the motorcycle rental and return service in a timely manner and causing a delay in the trip, a uniform compensation of NT$50 riding voucher will be provided.

By purchasing, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this program and to abide by the relevant regulations. If you violate these terms or participate in this program through improper, fraudulent, or deceptive means, the company reserves the right to disqualify you from participating and to claim damages from you for any resulting losses.

The company reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the plan.
