- Children above 4 years old are counted as adults. Every two adults can bring one child below 4 years old for free (does not occupy a seat, does not include ski equipment, snow clothing). At the same time, if there are attractions/restaurants, a child below 4 years old will be charged. When paying for tickets or meals for children 4 years old, guests are required to pay the actual cost on-site
- There will be a head coach for teams with less than 16 participants and an additional assistant coach for teams with more than 17 participants. The maximum number of participants per group is 41
- Due to safety reasons, passengers weighing more than 100 kg cannot experience this product
- This product can accommodate passengers over 60 years old who are in good physical condition and can move independently. However, if the instructor assesses that seniors are not suitable for skiing after registration, the fee for not participating in skiing will not be refunded
- If you need to choose different plans for the same group, please make separate reservations and leave a message with the order number for the arrangement
- Due to safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to use the ski trails on foot in the ski resort. If you want to use it, you must purchase a "Ski Mountain Cable Car Pass". If you are determined to participate in skiing activities, please order a package that includes a mountain lift pass or pay the cable car fee to the instructor on the day of the experience. Fees are payable in cash only, and no card service is provided on-site
- If you do not purchase a "Ski Mountain Cable Car Pass", you can only practice in the designated teaching area of the ski resort (About 20 meters in length, with a slope of about 7 degrees)
- In order to accurately assign comfortable ski shoes, the size will be measured on-site and does not need to be provided in advance
- Since the skiing experience is a group lesson, not one-to-one or small class teaching, the instructor will try their best to assist each student. However, if there are a large number of people, the waiting time for guidance may be extended
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women, Acrophobia
The amount of snow is a natural factor and cannot be controlled by humans
The ski resort stipulates that you cannot enter the ski resort without wearing ski equipment to avoid accidents
Each passenger will be given a warm bag and simple breakfast (bread/rice balls, the type cannot be selected. This does not include children below 4 years old)
In order to fairly protect the rights and interests of all passengers, the shuttle bus will depart on time and will not contact or wait for passengers individually before departure. Please be sure to abide by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting point in advance. If you arrive late due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded
If the meeting time has not changed, passengers only need to arrive at the meeting point on time according to the original time on the itinerary and will not be contacted individually before departure. However, if the meeting time changes (the departure time may change according to the situation, we will inform you in advance ), the tour guide will contact the guest one to two days before departure via WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, etc. Please be sure to pay attention to the message and reply
The above time is an approximate estimated time, and the implementation depends on the traffic and weather on the day. In the event of rain or snow, departure will continue as usual. Guests are not allowed to request a refund or change the departure date due to temporary cancellation
All our company's tour buses are covered by comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government, but it is recommended that passengers must purchase their own travel insurance to obtain more comprehensive protection. Since skiing is a high-risk sport, guests must purchase travel insurance with relevant protection items to protect their own safety
If any emergencies occur during the trip, our company's staff will do their best to assist. However, if injuries or casualties are caused by unforeseen factors, our company will not be responsible for relevant compensation,
Due to frequent traffic jams in South Korea, guests are strongly advised not to arrive in South Korea on the first day or return to the country on the last day to participate, so as not to miss the meeting or flight situation

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
