Bookings must be made at least seven business days in advance; last-minute bookings are not accepted. Once the group is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Children aged 9 and above pay the same price as adults; children aged 5-8 pay 75% of the adult price; children aged 3 (under 100cm in height) are free (excluding attraction tickets).
The minimum number of participants required for a tour is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent one day before departure.
To process travel liability insurance, please be sure to fill in the "Information for Each Traveler" in detail.

The Kiss of the Sea show and the Kiss Bridge show are closed every Tuesday.
If your trip is cancelled due to inclement weather, you can choose to postpone your trip once or receive a full refund.
Reminders
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent journey, you will not be accommodated after the time limit.
If the hotel has already provided cable car tickets or Kiss of the Sea show tickets, please inform us 3 days before departure so that the ticket fees can be refunded separately.
If delays caused by force majeure events such as traffic or weather result in the cancellation of some attractions on the itinerary, please contact us one day in advance so we can process a partial refund for you.
We recommend bringing: a sun hat, parasol, sun protection products, sunglasses, cash, and other personal necessities.
Medical services and medications are not provided on this tour. Please prepare your own if needed.
June to September is the rainy season on Phu Quoc Island. All water activities and cable car rides are subject to the announcements of the manufacturers, boat operators, and travel agencies.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
