This is not a seat-designated ticket. Please exchange your voucher for a physical bus ticket at the Ticket Booth and sit in the seat marked on the ticket.
Children under 5 years old can board free of charge (Passports required). However, it is free only for one child per person, and for 2 children per person, a ticket for one child must be purchased separately.

2. Visit the West Side Bus Ticket Office at B1F, Incheon Airport Terminal 2.
3. Please exchange your voucher for a physical bus ticket depending on the bus time you want at the Ticket Booth.
4. Please get on the bus at the corresponding time with your physical bus ticket.

- Valid for redemption within 90day(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
