If it rains, the festival will still go on and the Sandman float will be covered with a large plastic sheet.
Please prepare and wear a raincoat in case of rain, and please avoid using an umbrella as it will obstruct the view of other visitors. (Seats without roof or awning)
Depending on the situation, it may not be possible to see all Sandman floats due to limited traffic control hours.
This tour will be conducted with other Japanese participants.
When taking a bus transfer,
After the Sandman viewing, we will arrive at Morioka and Sendai stations at midnight, please make sure your hotel or transportation arrangements home in advance.
You can listen to the tour using headphones on the bus or at the venue.
In the event of natural disasters, unexpected disasters, coups, wars, strikes or force majeure events, this trip may not be able to continue.
Reminders
Reserved seating will be provided with either chairs or boxed seats.
You can eat and drink at your seat.
Please note that you may be forced to cancel the festival or change the content based on requests from the government or local authorities. After the trip has departed, no refunds will be given in this case.
When you choose bus transfer,
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. If you are late beyond the departure time, the bus will leave directly without waiting.
Depending on traffic conditions, itinerary content or schedule may be changed.
Even if a taxi or accommodation is required due to late arrival, we will not be responsible for the related costs.
There are no toilets on the bus.
Seats cannot be assigned or changed.
You may sit next to your tour guide.
We will walk about 20 minutes from the bus parking lot to the festival venue, but the time may change depending on congestion.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
